Fall prevention is a hot topic in healthcare as falls are the leading cause of death in persons over 65. The good news is that the best way to prevent falls is with activity and exercise.

Fall Risk Assessment

The fall risk assessment includes a battery of research proven outcome measures to assess the risk factors of falls. This includes leg strength, walking speed, walking endurance, single leg balance, and balance confidence (yes, low balance confidence is one of the leading causes of falls).

During our complimentary 30-minute fall risk assessment, we will address your concerns and conduct targeted screenings to identify specific areas of strength and balance that can be improved to help reduce your risk of falling.
