So often in healthcare patients are caught with unexpected medical bills. We’re committed to clear, honest pricing so you’ll never face unexpected costs with us. Additionally, our prices are often lower than hospital-based physical therapy, even after billing insurance.

What is a Superbill?
Our practice will provide you with a superbill upon request, which is a detailed document outlining the physical therapy services you have received. You may submit this document to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan; some insurance providers may reimburse a portion or the full cost of services. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to verify your specific benefits and coverage details. Medicare recipients do not qualify for superbill reimbursement.
Pros and Cons of Private Insurance
We believe in working for our clients, not insurance companies. Currently, most practices and therapists must adhere to the narrow and restrictive needs of insurance companies which dictate what goals a physical therapist can work towards with a client. This destroys the true potential of persons afflicted with life changing neurological injuries, persons with chronic orthopedic pain, and other chronic conditions.
Many of our clients have insurance coverage but choose to go out-of-network to access the specialized, intensive therapy available here at Audia PT. As an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with a superbill for health care services which you can take to your non-Medicare insurance company for reimbursement. Some patients even receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance, so we encourage you to check your benefits.
Because we're not bound by insurance restrictions, we’re able to provide full one-on-one sessions, and focus entirely on helping you reach your goals faster and more effectively.
